With her work in corporate America, raising 5 children with a blended, diverse family, and her marriage of 25 years to her amazing husband, she brings insights, learnings, and knowledge for multiple areas that we all experience from our living rooms to our boardrooms.
She believes that focusing on our strengths, having a vision, putting specific actions/goals towards that vision, and being empowered to own every choice and experience will change your life. Her leadership style is one of priorities, focusing on the individual needs, how that aligns to the needs of the organization and team. She coaches with a focus on empowering ownership, accountability and self-awareness to embrace, move through and even, enjoy, change.
