What if I can't make the in-person events?
No problem! We offer a virtual option for all our small group coachingMastermind sessions and will be recording our in person small group coaching sessions and events. You'll still get the full experience and connection with our community, just from wherever you are. For those sessions and would only be missing the Mix n Mingle networking opportunities if you can’t attend those as they are in person only.
How much time do I need to commit to this program?
The Kairos Leadership Collective is designed for busy leaders. You'll have approximately 2-3 hours of commitment per month, through the 3 parts of the program, networking, small group coaching and mastermind sessions. Everything is strategically timed for maximum impact with minimum time investment
What happens after I sign up?
